Tyler brings a passionate, organized, and ambitious growth-mindset to SPEC. For more than a decade, he has honed and evolved his skills, relationships, and strategic thinking while maintaining hyper-focused on successful client campaigns.
In the combined role of Lead Communicator and Operations Manager, Tyler maintains a steady focus on client-relations, manages successful client campaigns on time, on budget, and with maximum result, while also always pushing SPEC’s internal operations forward.
Tyler is integral in SPEC’s media relations, experiential marketing, photo/video production, writing, design, and marketing communications efforts, having touched nearly every client since SPEC’s inception.
As Operations Manager, Tyler works closely with partners to develop systems and processes increasing agency efficiency and productivity, while embarking on the critical role of pushing the agency into the world of Artificial Intelligence (AI), from research and testing, to policy, strategy and tactical implementation.
Outside of marketing, Hutt is a passionate hockey fan and avid snowboarder. During Southern California’s summer months, he can be found at the beach, camping, hiking, and kayaking. He has also been playing guitar badly for nearly 15 years.
